Megan Fox Might Be Taking This Major Dating Life Step Amid Rocky Machine Gun Kelly Relationship

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are in the middle of a rough patch in their relationship. The 37-year-old actress did her best to dodge the question about the state of their relationship on the Call Her Daddy podcast, but the writing was on the wall — things are tough right now.

Sources close to Fox and the 33-year-old musician are also revealing to Us Weekly that their living situation has changed, and they are taking a less-is-more approach to their romance, according to Us Weekly. Fox has hightailed it to the beaches of Malibu while MGK resides in the Encino home he purchased in 2022. “They did this arrangement to give each other some space while still being together,” the insider divulged. But the source also added a curious detail that makes us think that this might be the beginning of the end for the normally PDA-heavy couple.

The insider shared that Fox has been asking her pals “to set her up” on dates — that’s a bombshell claim if you ask us. But the source also pointed out, “[They] are at a low moment right now. It changes every day.” A second insider thinks that the formerly dynamic duo is addicted to the drama of “fighting with each other” and then making up. They think it “could be drawn out for years” since they are “together, but not all the way.” Sadly, the second source added, “Megan and MGK have a very toxic relationship, their love literally makes them sick.”

Fox seemed conflicted on the Call Her Daddy podcast, telling host Alex Cooper, “What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I cannot say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.” With their wedding plans currently “stalled” and the first Us Weekly source pointing out that Fox “hasn’t been wearing her ring” doesn’t bode well for a walk down the aisle. It sounds like a clean break might be the best remedy for stopping their on-again, off-again relationship cycle.

Fox and MGK met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass and were first rumored to be hooking up in June 2020. They got engaged in early January 2022 but hit the skids just months after the happy news. Even with major attempts at couples therapy, they still haven’t found their peaceful groove — a sign that Fox and MGK might be better apart than together.
