Apparently Megan Fox, the famously beautiful but questionably talented actress seen in Transformers and Jennifer's Body, has freakish toe-thumbs. This is not breaking news. It was covered in 2009. By grown-ups who get paid money to write about things that humans read.
But now, in light of the starlet's Super Bowl commercial for Motorola, the same grown adults are "exposing" the "shocking" "truth" about Ms. Fox having a thumb double (in said commercial).

I mean, like, that's a thing that we should all care about, right? This is super healthy that we're a culture that cares about this. People should definitely have conversations like this all the time:
Person A: Megan Fox, man.
Person B: Yeah, dude. You see Transformers? I mean, wow, right?
Person A: Toe thumbs, dude.
Person B: Yuck.
We definitely should also have reporters consulting doctors at fancy hospitals about this:
