Heidi Klum and her husband keep touching her belly in Venice: Is she expecting their fifth child?

Heidi Klum and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, were spotted walking affectionately through the streets of Venice, Italy, but what really caught the eye was that the two put their hands on the German model's belly several times.

According to Page Six, it happened earlier this week and the couple were caught by photographers kissing passionately, gazing into each other's eyes as they held hands.

The media outlet details that Kaulitz placed his hand on his wife's belly and looked at it lovingly. At various times she was also seen resting her hand on his belly, gently touching it.

For her stroll through Venice, the former 'Project Runway' host chose a floor-length black lace skirt and bralette top, added tan strappy sandals to her outfit, paired them with a tan clutch and wore oversized dark glasses. She also carried a lace umbrella to match her outfit, reports Page Six.

While the 33-year-old musician wore a short-sleeved tangerine shirt, khaki trousers, brown shoes and sunglasses.

On the trip, the couple was accompanied by Klum's 13-year-old daughter Lou, who is the product of her relationship with Seal, her second husband.

Heidi Klum wants more children

Although she has just turned 50 and is the mother of four children, all of them teenagers or young adults, the model said a few months ago on 'The Jennifer Hudson Show', that she does not close the door to getting pregnant again.

Looking back at the ages of her children and seeing them all grown up - Leni, 18; Henry, 17; Johan, 16; and Lou, 13 - Klum said she would like to venture out with a fifth child.

"I waited a long time, so maybe, yeah," she replied when asked if she wanted more.

And with pictures of her and her husband walking around Venice, many are wondering if the model has already become pregnant and is expecting her fifth child.
