At the meeting of the GRELL - Group for Cancer Epidemiology and Registration in Latin Language Countries in Lausanne, Dr. Katharina Staehelin of the Swiss National Institute for Cancer Epidemiology and Registration (NICER) presented first results on the effects of #COVID-19 on cancer incidence in Switzerland in 2020: prominent was a decline in cases numbers during the lockdown in April 2020.
