Description

Adds elites to Tayari Plaza and some new custom weapons such as the plasma spewer and the phantgasma.

Hello this is my first mod! Its a overhaul of tayari plaza in halo 3 ODST. I will be planning on making more for the overhaul campaign but this is a proof of concept of what it will be like. Tayari Plaza is now overrun by elite forces stranded by regret. Truth is sending in brutes to kill off the stranded forces in his plan to start the great schism. The elites managed the pull through and are now defending the area. Spec ops units where deployed to find out what the disturbance is. Watch out for there plasma grenades.

New additions.
As stated before the elites are back as the squad leaders and they mean business. 

The new ranks of elites include: Minors, Majors, Ultras, Spec Ops, 

New weapons are added such as the: Plasma Skewer a fast pace auto shotgun that is useful in close quarters to melt shields off your foes. Handled by the Elites during this misson. 

The Phangastic: A large grenade launcher like weapon carried by elite ultras. Its great for taking out enemy's one at a time.

Thats mostly it for now. But I will be looking to add more to this mod!
