I have to say this is the most amazing interaction I've had on etsy, or with any seller in general. I reached out to this seller looking for a specifically shaped Hematite stone for my autistic son who had lost his, it was oblong & easy for him to rub his thumb on to selfsooth, & in my message I explained I understood if this was not something that could be done but figured what could it hurt to ask? This seller went above & beyond, so much so my son thinks the seller 'found' his old one, even though I told him it's a new one. The smile on his face made my entire month & more. Thank you SO much for your kindness & your sweet note. My son loves his new stone, & it is absolutely perfect. I'm also a crystal collector, hence my sons love for them, & you now have customers for life! Thank you again so much from us both! ❤️
