Plants are wrapped in tissue and are delivered with their name on a plant label. They are shipped in a sturdy mail box parcel without Track & Trace. This is much cheaper and you do not have to be at home to receive the package.

Seeds are packed in a small paper bag which is then folded into a zip-lock bag. The name of the seeds you ordered is printed on a label on the zip-lock bag. They are shipped in a protective envelope without Track & Trace. This is much cheaper and you do not have to be at home to receive the package.

Please contact me immediately and attach some pictures of the damage. Plants damaged during transport will be replaced or refunded.

The plants will usually come with trimmed roots. This makes planting easier and promotes good new growth. You may plant your Lithops or other Succulent right away. Use the soil mix described on th eproduct page. Do not water the first week after planting. Give a good watering but make sure the soil is well draining and is dry again in a couple of days. Only water when the soil is completely dry. These plants prefer as much light as possible but give some protection from intense direct sun light. These plants can be kept outside at a minimum temperature of approximately 5 Degrees Celsius. If you grow your plants outside protect them from heavy rain, snails and direct sun!
