Selena Gomez just shared an important reminder we should all listen to... alongside some 🔥 bikini snaps.

The singer and Rare Beauty founder has never been one to shy away from important conversations, shutting down body shaming (while also acknowledging the impact harmful comments can have).

But, as Selena is clear, "nobody deserves to hear those things", and she's been very vocal about loving her body at all sizes (after all, every body is beautiful).

In her latest Instagram Stories, Selena opened up about how she's learned and accepted it's natural for bodies to change over time.

Sharing a throwback snap from 2013 (when she was 21), Selena wrote, "Today, I realised I will never look like this again." The photo of her slimmer body was then followed by another gorgeous photo of a curvier Selena, rocking a different bikini. "I'm not perfect but I'm proud to be who I am... sometimes I forget it's ok to be me," she wrote.

And, in case you haven't guessed, we're here for it! Like Selena, it's rare than any of us will stay the exact same shape or size throughout the course of our lives – and that's a) totally okay and b) totally normal (for a variety of reasons).

While we're *not* going to speculate about Selena's body (because that's nobody's business), we love to see her celebrating her body. Hopefully, it's a message fans take on board.

Just last year, Selena seemingly felt the need to defend herself from trolls, who criticised her appearance at the Golden Globes (where she looked stunning, FYI).

Soon after, the singer took to Instagram Live with her sister Gracie, where Selena told the camera: "I'm a little bit big right now because I enjoyed myself during the holidays."

She then turned to Gracie and asked, "Right?" Gracie agreed, prompting Selena to burst out into laughter. "She shouldn't have to explain why her body looks how it does," wrote one commenter in response, addressing other comments we're choosing not to repeat here.

But, you know what they say? 'Kill Em with Kindness.'
