Artfully made by Chef Deborah using local flour and eggs (with no preservatives, no additives and unbleached) these pastries are amazing. The Cannelés de Bordeaux, originally from the South Western region of France, is a rich decadent pastry that will transport you straight to the French countryside. These are a delicacy and the taste and texture is spectacular. Although expensive, they're significantly cheaper here than ordering directly from the website of the company that makes them. ($6 ea vs 3 for $24.50!) For the quality of this product I personally think these are a bargain.
