Earlier this month, Bethesda confirmed that The Elder Scrolls Online, the MMORPG based on the popular RPG series, will be expanded in the next few months with the Morrowind expansion. Today, the publisher is finally giving us a first look at some of the features that will be coming with the expansion.

The new The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind showcases some of the locations that fans of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind will surely recognize, as well as the new Warden class and more.

Take up arms and rally your allies, hero – Morrowind is in danger, and the fate of Tamriel hangs in the balance. The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind will see players exploring familiar locations in the temp to solve the mystery of Vivec's illness and restore his strength. Set 700 years before the events of The Elder Scrolls III, the Morrowind expansion will also let players play as the already mentioned new Warden class, enjoy the new Trial and PvP mode and much more.

The fate of Morrowind hangs in the balance and you must take up the mantle of a hero to help Vivec, the legendary warrior-poet and Guardian of Vvardenfell, save the world from a deadly Daedric threat. Set roughly 700 years before the events of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, ESO’s new Chapter takes you to familiar locations as you attempt to solve the mystery of Vivec’s mysterious illness and restore his strength. Travel from the volcanic Ashlands to the mushroom-filled forests, and walk the streets of Vivec City, still under construction at this point in time.

The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind launches this June on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
