Ammi visnaga also known as Khella is an annual plant that produces sophisticated notes. It is a lavish umbellifer because of its size – it can grow to a metre high and one metre wide – and of its abundant light green and exceptionally very finely indented foliage. Ammi visnaga responds to humidity and its umbels spread out when the atmosphere is damp and close when dry.
