In a dystopian future of Tokyo's police force has been privatized. The new Guard governing metropolis with an iron fist, and good is that, the underworld has suddenly begun crawling with criminals mutants. With super powers that turn their sores to deadly weapons, they constitute a serious threat to the new regime. But the Tokyo Police Corporation has its own weapon, police chief's foster daughter Ruka.
