2008 BMW M3 Sedan 6-Speed

This 2008 BMW M3 sedan is finished in Silverstone Metallic over an Anthracite cloth and black leather interior. The car was purchased new in Reno, Nevada and first registered in California before being acquired by its current owner in 2015. Power is provided by a 4.0-liter V8 mated to a six-speed manual transmission, and modifications consist of black-line taillights, a UCP adjustable clutch pedal, an Anker Roav dash cam, and more. Maintenance has included replacement connecting rod bearings in January 2018, as well as an oil change in November of the same year. Now showing 48k miles, this E90 M3 is offered on behalf of the current owner with service records, owner’s manuals, its original window sticker, a clean Carfax report, spare parts, the original taillights, and a clean California title.

The exterior is finished Silverstone Metallic and shown up close in the gallery below. A set of black-line taillights are installed, and the seller notes that the factory units are included in the sale. Llumar ceramic 30% window tint has been applied to the side and rear glass, and no accidents or other damage are noted on the accompanying Carfax report.

The E90-series M3 utilizes cross-drilled and ventilated disc brakes all around. Factory 18” double spoke wheels wear Bridgestone S0-4 tires measuring 245/40 in the front and 265/40 at the rear. Each wheel can be seen up close in the gallery, and a walkaround video has been provided above.

The interior is trimmed in Anthracite cloth and black leather. Factory equipment includes heated front seats, iPod and USB adapters, a moonroof, electronic damping control, a fixed rear seat, and Sycamore Anthracite wood trim.

The digital odometer shows just under 48k miles, more than 20k of which have been added by the current owner over four years of ownership.

The naturally-aspirated 4.0L S65 V8 produced 414 horsepower at 8,300 rpm and 295 lb-ft of torque at 3,900 rpm when new, and period magazine testing reported zero-to-60-mph times in the mid-four-second range. A number of maintenance records and a service log are pictured in the gallery.

In January 2018 at approximately 43k miles, the original rod bearings and bolts were replaced with BE Bearings units. Photos of the associated work are included in the gallery.

The window sticker is included and lists original colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $59,925 in 2008.
